La forza della Lega Nord stà nel popolo che la costituisce e che diversamente dal grande vecchio Partito Comunista non ha solo un grande ideale e non trova la sua forza nell'odio del diverso, ma ha anche idee vere e progetti seri per realizzarlo, tutto nel pieno rispetto e in pace.
Alcuni giorni ago, in our common here in Bergamo, there was a large protest by the Committee in memory of Peppino Impastato traction against a municipality because the League has chosen to call the Library at a great scholar Bergamasco leading figure in the background of 'anti-mafia hero. It was right or wrong decision, I was impressed that 5,000 people and tell five thousand have moved all over Italy to protest against a decision to the second floor in a village that the Mafia does not even know what it is. The citizen is one who delegates the right decisions, but every so often to check the delegate protecting it and possibly decide to take over when he needs it. The citizen in fact, are at stake or to avoid complaining. In the south
deludes the people to participate in politics but is only able to complain in chorus blocking every decision, right or wrong that is preventing any evolution because those who dare not no future. In short, there exists the inaction they eat the various mafias.
Padania In these things, unfortunately, are prolifernado. For decades, youth training has been given no attention to the southern and the teachers often did not profess nothing but the inaction and denial of our past (and present) burning whole generations.
Now Padania sprout lists Grillini and mafia that an illusion or interest do nothing but stop and raping the future of our country.
My personal (and perhaps inaccurate, then who can say?) Conclusion is that our only way out is to participate in the management of OUR EARTH throwing a look at our past and building our future in full respect of persons and nature.

go-ahead by the Senate to the bill on federalism, which then becomes state law. PDL voted in favor, the League and Italy of Values. The Democratic Party abstained (except Marco Follini, who voted against) e l'Udc ha votato contro. I voti favorevoli sono stati 154, i contrari 6 e 87 gli astenuti.
Più autonomia per Regioni, Province e Comuni, un tetto alla pressione fiscale, "bicameralin" per il parere sui decreti attuativi, maggiore trasparenza nei meccanismi finanziari, istituzione di 10 città metropolitane. Questi i punti cardine del provvedimento sul federalismo fiscale, cui si aggiunge l'istituzione di Roma Capitale. Roma non è più semplicemente Comune ma un nuovo ente territoriale con speciale autonomia statutaria, amministrativa e finanziaria. Tra le nuove funzioni quelle relative alla valorizzazione dei beni storici, artistici, ambientali e fluviali, allo sviluppo economico con riferimento al settore turistico, alla mobilità e ai trasporti, all'edilizia pubblica e privata alla protezione civile. Queste funzioni sono disciplinate con regolamenti del consiglio comunale, che diventa Assemblea capitolina e che entrò sei mesi deve varare un nuovo statuto. Previste anche maggiori risorse e il trasferimento dei beni dello Stato.
LA FESTA DELLA LEGA - «Il federalismo fiscale non andrà a dividere ma farà sviluppare il Paese - ha spiegato il capogruppo della Lega Federico Bricolo -. After the good news of the approval of federalism, as I prepare to write the news on the blog, I stumbled upon this anime that is transmitted during this period in Japan .
Being a blog, not a newspaper, I decided to post this funny thing instead of a news item that you can easily find a bit 'everywhere.

For example, the Italia Veneziano character is into pasta and women. The Deutsche (German) bishi loves potatoes and sausages, and Nippon is an otaku boy. Installments of the manga have jumped back and forth in setting from the ancient times to modern-day geopolitics. The manga's title comes the Japanese words for "useless" (hetare) and Italy (Italia).
Apparently, the vision that the other countries of the world in Italy has not changed.

Gentlemen, I do not know if you notice every time, living your life, but every day we are spectators of a racist world. When we
Italian citizens (especially if Padani) send our children to kindergarten rightly pay the line and we are often asked for our statement of income as a foreign national who sends her child to kindergarten is free from any straight line ( because we pay it to him). When we
Italian citizens (especially if Padani) go to the hospital for any reason we are obliged to submit our papers, health card e anche a pagare qualche visita mentre uno straniero no.
Quando noi cittadini Italiani (sopratutto se Padani) necessitiamo per problemi economici di un appartamento popolare o di supporti comunali veniamo per secondi, dopo gli stranieri e i meridionali del brutto stampo.
Noi cittadini Italiani (sopratutto se Padani) abbiamo il diritto e sopratutto il dovere di mantenere pulita la nostra zona di residenza o via o quartiere mentre gli stranieri sembrano godere della loro sporcizia.
Signori, logicamente non si può fare di tutta l'erba un fascio, ma non possiamo far finta di non vedere la realtà. I nostri tanti operai, muratori, ecc... non fanno la stessa strada di un operaio o muratore straniero per andare a lavoro? Non mangia anche lui come noi? Non abbiamo una famiglia da mantenere pure noi? E allora perchè li dobbiamo ritenere inferiori?
Noi stiamo suicidandoci nel nostro egoismo e finto pietismo per regalare a persone straniere irrispettose e menefreghiste il nostro futuro.
Signori, qui non si predica l'intolleranza, ma un principio cristiano.
Siamo riconoscenti con chi ci ha preceduto e amiamo chi ci succederà.
E' nostro (in fondo piacevole) dovere quello di curare la nostra terra, i nosti padri, i nostri figli e i nostri ospiti quindi lavoriamo con RISPETTO, RIGORE e UMILTA'.

First turning point for the draft law on fiscal federalism which is preparing to go to the House for second reading. It sets out the key points on which the Government has the power then to implement, through the enactment, the reform of the financial autonomy of regions, provinces and municipalities, whose centerpiece is the historic shift from spending to the standard cost. This is a summary of the latest reform:
- Standard cost: to ensure the autonomy of revenue and expenditure to regions and local bodies to decide the level of equalization will go in a progressive manner by the criterion of historical spending in the del costo standard per garantire che i servizi fondamentali costino e siano erogati in maniera uniforme sul territorio nazionale. - Contrasto a evasione: è stabilito il 'coinvolgimento dei diversi livelli istituzionali nell'attività di contrasto dell'evasione fiscale'.
- Sistema premiante e sanzioni: arriva un 'sistema premiante' per regioni e enti territoriali che a fronte di un alto livello dei servizi garantisce una pressione fiscale inferiore alla media degli enti del suo livello. Previste invece sanzioni fino al commissariamento per regioni e enti non virtuosi.
- Roof partnerships: to ensure services, autonomy may use the equalization fund and the cost to central government taxes and regional taxes. For the municipalities there is a mix of partnership and personal income tax to VAT. Provided, however, is limit to the expenditure of the partnership to ensure the essential functions.
- Common functions and provinces: defined in the bill are essential functions to municipalities and provinces, waiting for the charter of autonomy that will be brought to the Council of Ministers next week.
- Rome, capital city and metropolitan specifying the administrative functions that belong to the municipality of Rome, than at present. The municipality is responsible, inter alia, the promotion of historical, artistic, environmental and river transport, construction and civil protection.
- Pact of convergence: the government, after a confrontation in the Joint Conference, find a path of convergence on standard costs and needs that 'pact of convergence' that will be presented with the budget document to the houses and institutions that are to comply with. In case of failure to achieve the objectives the state finds the reasons for the deviations and determine corrective actions. Similar mechanism will be implemented for the infrastructure sector.
- Bicameral for implementation: a dare il parere sui decreti attuativi sarà una commissione bicamerale, composta da 15 deputati e 15 senatori nominati dai presidenti delle camere.
