ECCO IL TESTO
La Camera,
premesso che:
dopo anni di blocco e di relative proroghe di graduatorie vi sono oltre 70.000 vincitori di concorso ed altrettanti idonei in attesa di assunzione;
il monitoraggio di cui all'articolo 37-bis, comma 7, del provvedimento in esame permetterà di avere un quadro preciso delle graduatorie ancora vigenti con le relative qualifiche e il numero dei vincitori eventualmente ancora da assumere, i quali avranno priorità rispetto alle assunzioni del staff on temporary contracts, in accordance with Article 97 of the Constitution which reads: "Employment in public administration is accessed through competitive examinations, except as otherwise provided by law. '
government is trying, in the measure in question and through other measures, to introduce new criteria in the public administration responsible and rewarding,
commits the Government to intervene on the current legislation so that the authorization to ban the competitions is more correlated with that to assume, or at least that is develop a mechanism by which the successful candidates are not forced to wait years to be made after successfully passed the tests.
