Provisions for the formation of the annual budget and multi-state (Finance Act 2008) Art

(...) 594. In order to limit the operating costs of its facilities, the government referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, No 165, take three-year plans for the identification of measures aimed at rational use:
a) of the instrumental equipment, including computer, which may be attached to workstations in automation of office;
b) car service through the resort after the feasibility study, alternative means of transportation, including cumulative;
c) real estate for residential or service, excluding infrastructure assets.
595. The plans referred to in subparagraph a) of Section 594 shall specify the measures to limit the allocation of mobile telephone devices to cases in which the staff should ensure, as required by the service, prompt and constant availability and only for the period necessary for the performance of particular activities that require the use, identifying, in compliance with the laws protecting the confidentiality of personal information, types of tests, including sample, about the proper use of its users.
596. If the actions described in paragraph 594 involving the sale of instrumental equipment, the plan is documented to demonstrate the consistency of the operation in terms of costs and benefits.
597. A final year, the government submit a report to the supervisory system and the regional branch of the Court of Auditors responsible.
598. The three-year plans referred to in paragraph 594 shall be made public in the manner provided for in Article 11 of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, No 165, and Article 54 of the digital code, in the aforementioned Legislative Decree 82, 2005.
599. The government referred to in paragraph 594, on the basis of criteria and procedures defined by the President of the Council of Ministers to adopt, in consultation with the State Property Office, within ninety days from the date of entry into force of this Act, the outcome of reconnaissance preparatory to the adoption of three year plans referred to in subparagraph c) of Section 594 shall notify the Ministry of Economy and Finance data for:
a) immovable property for residential use or service, excluding infrastructure assets on which any Vantin title to real property, as distinguished by its title, determining the overall size and indicating any annual income from the sale or rent or portrayed in any case by the Constitution in relation to the same rights to a third party;
b) real property to residential or service, excluding infrastructure assets, which have in any way the availability, distinguished by its title and determine the overall size, as well as quantifying the total annual expenses incurred in any way to ensure availability.
600. The regions, provinces and autonomous bodies of the National Health Service, within ninety days from the date of entry into force of this Law shall, according to its laws, the acts of their competence in order to implement the fundamental principles of coordination of public finance can be seen from paragraphs from 588 to 602.
