Visto il decreto legge 4 luglio 2006, n. 223, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 4 agosto 2006, n. 248, ed in particolare l’articolo 37, comma 53, which, inter alia, provides that until the date of actual operation of the circulation system and use of cadastral data, to be verified by the Director of the Agency of the territory, remains in force to require the presentation of the declaration ICI for the purpose referred to in Article 10, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 30 December 1992, n. 504, subject to the requirement of submission of the statement where the information relevant to depend on the tax instruments that are not applicable to online procedures provided for in Article 3 bis of Legislative Decree 18 December 1997, n . 463, on the regulation of unique computer model;
