(...) 2. Transfers / fees for 2008 in favor of each local authority are determined according to provisions given in Article 1, paragraph 696, of Law December 27, 2006, No 296.
3. The provisions on revenue sharing to provincial personal income tax under Article 31, paragraph 8, of Law December 27, 2002, No 289 confirmed for 2007 in Article 1, paragraph 697, of Law December 27, 2006, No 296, are renewed for the year 2008. (...)

17. 20. Failure to implement the provisions of paragraph 17 within the period provided they produce the following effects:

28. 29. All’articolo 17 del citato testo unico di in Legislative Decree No 267 of 2000 shall be amended as follows:

30. The functions of the municipal electoral commission provided for in the consolidated text of the decree of the President of the Republic March 20, 1967, No 223, regarding the keeping and revision of electoral lists, are attributed to the head of the municipal election, except as provided for in Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the consolidated text of the decree of the President of the Republic No. 223 of 1967, as amended. Art. 17
Circoscrizioni decentralization of municipal

Art. 47

Expectations

Art. 83
Divieto di cumulo

2.
